
Maintenance Leader | $90K–$120K + 13% Bonus
High-Speed Beverage Manufacturing Environment
Step into a high-impact maintenance leadership role within a high-speed beverage manufacturing plant, where uptime, efficiency, and equipment reliability are critical to success. You’ll take ownership of maintenance execution, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in keeping a fast-paced production environment operating at peak performance.
We’re seeking candidates with experience in beverage or similar high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environments (food, dairy, bottling, or packaging) who are comfortable working with complex, automated systems.
Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in beverage or high-speed food/CPG production environments
Technical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning/scheduling
- Experience in high-speed, automated production environments (beverage, dairy, bottling, or packaging preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify issues and implement solutions
Leadership & Communication
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong cross-functional relationships
- Effective communication skills
- Self-directed with ability to prioritize and multitask
Tools & Environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Flexible to support a 24/7 operation
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $90K–$120K + 13% bonus
