Now Hiring: Night Maintenance Lead | Join Our Resort Team!

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and helping create a great guest experience? Vacation Village at Parkway is looking for a Night Maintenance Lead to support our evening maintenance operations and help keep our resort running smoothly.

In this role, you'll help coordinate second-shift maintenance tasks, assist with repairs, respond to guest requests, and ensure our resort meets high standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Location: 2975 Arabian Nights Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747

Pay rate: $22/hr

Shift: 4pm to 12:30am

What You’ll Do

• Help oversee second-shift maintenance operations and ensure assigned tasks and work orders are completed on time.
• Assist with maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and upkeep of guest rooms and common areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Identify maintenance concerns and communicate issues and recommended solutions to the Maintenance Director.
• Support the maintenance team and collaborate with other departments to meet resort needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company policies and safety procedures.
• Help ensure resort facilities and equipment are maintained to company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ of hospitality-related maintenance experience preferred.
• General handyman skills and the ability to troubleshoot routine maintenance issues.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• CPO and appliance repair certifications are a plus, or willingness to obtain them as needed.
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
