Qualifications
Work Experience ……………………… 5 years as a technician in an industrial manufacturing environment.*
Education & Training ……………….. High school diploma, AOS in a related field preferred.*
* Or equivalent as determined by RJW Management.


Skills and Knowledge Areas
Required ………………………………….. Installation, maintenance and repair of industrial equipment including
hydraulic systems, troubleshooting and diagnostics using precision
measuring instruments, technical drawing and documentation
interpretation, multi-tasking, process adherence.
Preferred …………………………………. 3-phase electric, HVAC.



This Operations group position leads day to day maintenance department activities directed at sustaining the
performance and reliability of the organization’s buildings, workspaces, equipment and associated utilities.


Responsibilities
• Perform routine scheduled preventative maintenance on building systems and facility equipment.
• Maintain a log of all repairs and costs associated with equipment
• Monitor, troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities including but not limited to electrical,
plumbing, hydraulic, HVAC, structural and security systems.
• Manage repair items and supplies inventory.
• Manage and direct the activities of assistants assigned to in-house maintenance, janitorial and
groundskeeping work.
• Interact with qualified maintenance, janitorial, installation and groundskeeping subcontractors as it
pertains to the following.
• Develop scope of work requirements.
• Research and obtain competitive pricing.
• Assist with contract negotiations.
• Monitor and coordinate activities.
• Evaluate performance and report findings to executive management.
• Other duties as required
