Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations and support the upkeep of residential/commercial properties and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in HVAC/AC systems, electrical work, painting, and general building maintenance. This role requires leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to perform repairs while supervising maintenance activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and coordinate daily maintenance operations and work orders

  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC/AC systems

  • Conduct basic to intermediate electrical repairs and maintenance

  • Complete painting, drywall repair, and touch-up work as needed

  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems

  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify repair and safety needs

  • Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory

  • Assist with plumbing, carpentry, and other general maintenance tasks

  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests when required

  • Train and support maintenance staff as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

Full-Time Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: Up to $35 DOE
