The Maintenance team member is responsible for keeping the gym clean, safe, sanitary, and presentable for members and staff. This role ensures the facility is properly maintained throughout the day and that cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect gym equipment, machines, benches, mats, and high-touch surfaces
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain all flooring
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, showers, mirrors, and common areas
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed
• Keep entryways, lobby areas, and member spaces clean and organized
• Restock restroom and cleaning supply
• Respond quickly to spills, messes, and other cleanliness or safety concerns
• inspect the facility regularly and report damaged equipment, leaks, plumbing issues,

other maintenance concerns to management

Physical Requirements

-Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach, push and pull for extended periods

• Ability to carry up to 50lbs., and work with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and around active gym environments

Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
