  • Assist with maintaining an organized, clean, and safe maintenance work environment.
  • Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and appropriately.
  • Support Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Leaders with assigned projects and activities.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What You Need To Be Successful:

  • Have an interest in manufacturing, maintenance, skilled trades, or industrial operations.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic familiarity with hand tools and their proper use.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
  • Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and complete assigned tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal oversight once properly trained.
  • Willingness to work different shifts, weekends, and/or overtime based on plant and production needs.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Current enrollment in a technical, trade, vocational, manufacturing, or related educational program is a plus.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, maintenance, facilities, automotive, or skilled-trades experience is preferred but not required.
