Position Summary

Support the Maintenance Department through process documentation, work instruction standardization, spare parts management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will contribute to projects focused on improving maintenance system efficiency, inventory control, and preventive maintenance processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance processes.
  • Interest in continuous improvement, inventory management, and technical documentation.
  • Academic exposure to process mapping and workflow development.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Active student pursuing a degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 months remaining before graduation.
  • Availability to work 6 hours per day.
  • Basic English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview

  • Develop and document work instructions for preventive maintenance activities, incorporating safety requirements, equipment diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Support the creation and administration of spare parts inventory databases.
  • Assist in defining and maintaining minimum stock levels for critical spare parts.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Department.
  • Create and update process documentation using company-standard templates.
  • Support the evaluation and validation of proposed improvements.
  • Contribute to the optimization of maintenance systems and spare parts management processes.
