The Job Details: We are looking for a dynamic intern who is enthusiastic about our company and who is looking to further their professional growth by assisting the Maintenance department carry out support tasks. Duties and Responsibilities may include:

• Pressure washing

• Exterior window cleaning

• General cleaning using hand tools or powered scrubbers

• Exterior and interior touchup painting (curbs, bollards, wall touchup)

• Ability to use a forklift or other equipment (preferred, not required)

• Light maintenance including inspections, minor adjustments and logging information

The Job Specifics:

Location, Department and Work Hours: Lebanon, IN/Maintenance/Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Reports To: Assistant Chief Engineer

Travel Amount: May vary

What We Are Looking For:

Education

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree; Currently enrolled in an accredited University

Experience

• Completed at least 2 years of study in related field

The Standard Details:

• Always maintain a professional manner in appearance and communications.

• Participate in staff and/or customer meetings if required.

• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality systems. 

• Identify and record any issues relating to product, processes and/or quality.

• Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels.

• Verify the implementation of solutions.

• Follow posted security procedures at all times while in the building.

• Participate in Safety and Educational Training.
