We’re looking for a skilled maintenance handyman to join the maintenance team at a high-security industrial facility near Beckton. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards across the facility. Permanent contact £30k. Please send your updated CV to mb@4br.uk JOB DUTIES You will handle a dynamic mix of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, including: Carrying out basic repairs of damaged facilities and equipment. Painting, decorating, and general hands-on upkeep. Managing preventative maintenance and supporting fire safety checks. Assisting the Maintenance Manager with renovations and projects. Compliance: A solid, essential understanding of current health and safety procedures. Work Ethic: The ability to work independently, efficiently, and flexibly across multiple sites. Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving aptitudes, and a sharp attention to detail.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
