In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead, coach, and support the daily activities of the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop team capabilities through ongoing coaching, performance support, and professional development opportunities.
• Drive improvements in preventive and planned maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Apply and continuously improve TPM principles and methodologies across maintenance activities.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and recurring issues, facilitating the development of sustainable corrective actions.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs), defining and implementing action plans where needed.
• Partner closely with production, process engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams to achieve shared operational goals.
• Utilize Lean principles to identify, reduce, and eliminate operational losses and inefficiencies.
• Champion a mindset of continuous improvement and encourage team participation in improvement initiatives.
• Promote a proactive maintenance strategy focused on preventing issues before they occur and continuously improving processes.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and operational excellence.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or engineering discipline such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, or technical operations environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing teams in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of preventive and planned maintenance principles and best practices.
• Practical experience applying TPM methodologies to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and make effective decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
• Experience using data, metrics, and performance indicators to drive improvements.
• A continuous improvement mindset and commitment to operational excellence.

• Fluency in English and Hungarian

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience leading maintenance improvement, reliability, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge and practical application of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience monitoring and improving maintenance KPIs and asset performance metrics.
• Demonstrated success in reducing equipment downtime and improving asset reliability.
• Experience supporting TPM implementation and sustainability efforts.
• Professional certifications or training in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Reliability Engineering, or Maintenance Excellence.
• Experience managing organizational or process changes and engaging teams through transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships across production, engineering, quality, and support functions.
• Experience developing high-performing teams and fostering employee engagement.
• Technical expertise related to manufacturing equipment, automation, industrial systems, or maintenance technologies.
