The Maintenance Group Leader isn't just the strongest technician on shift — they're the one who makes the whole team stronger. When a downtime event hits, you step back, assess the situation, assign responsibilities, coordinate resources, and drive recovery.
Lead through your team. Step in with advanced technical support when they need it. Build accountability, develop skills, and make the maintenance group better every week.
