What you will be doing and delivering

Flavorite is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Groundsman to join our team, keeping our farm grounds, plant, and equipment in top condition. This is a role for someone who takes pride in a well-presented site and enjoys varied, physical outdoor work.

• Maintain farm grounds to a high standard, this includes mowing, trimming, and keeping paddocks slashed and clear
• Assist with servicing and general maintenance to keep plant and equipment in reliable working order
• Apply and remove whitewash to meet production requirements
• Manage farm waste effectively, keeping the site clean and hazard-free
• Assist with the weed control program and pest/disease management activities to protect crop health
• Use the CMMS (MEX) system to complete and close out assigned work orders

What you will bring to the role

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoys working as part of a team. You bring strong mechanical aptitude, sound judgement, and a keen eye for detail, along with the ability to follow instructions and get stuck into a range of tasks around the farm.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a current driver's licence
• Forklift licence (highly desirable)
• Tractor operation experience (desirable)
• Chainsaw operation experience (desirable)
• Telescopic handlers experience (desirable)
• Skid steer/excavator experience (desirable)
• HR Truck licence (desirable)
• Working at Heights ticket (desirable)
