Landscaper/Groundskeeper – Marriott Niagara Falls Hotels
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing general landscaping duties such as planting, weeding, and debris removal to ensure a well-maintained appearance.
• Monitoring plant and grass health by maintaining appropriate moisture levels.
• Operating light equipment (e.g., trimmers, blowers, lawn mowers) to keep grounds neat and manicured.
• Trimming and pruning trees and shrubs as needed.
• Removing and properly disposing of trash from exterior areas.
• Assisting with special projects, including designing and planting flowers, shrubs, and bulbs.
• Ensuring sidewalks, parking lots, and driveways are clean and safe, reporting any hazardous conditions for immediate repair.
• Cleaning, washing, and refueling equipment after use.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to guests.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on landscaping experience.
• Proficiency in operating light landscaping equipment such as trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
• Basic knowledge of plant care, grass maintenance, and fertilization techniques.
• Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including summer heat.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on lawn equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
