Maintenance Foreman / GES - Diamond Recovery

• R90,000 R110,000/month
• Fixed-term 12-month contract
• 8 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation

We are building a world-class team for a high-output diamond processing operation in Angola and were hiring 2 Maintenance Foremen / GES professionals to lead plant maintenance and engineering compliance on-site.

Your Role:

• Take full responsibility for the maintenance, installation, and safety of plant machinery and infrastructure
• Lead a team of artisans to ensure uptime, compliance, and delivery of engineering projects
• Oversee preventative maintenance (Fiix), spares procurement, audits, and asset register accuracy
• Enforce MHSA and client standards with confidence and leadership
• Drive DMS circuit and recovery plant reliability with hands-on, accountable supervision

Requirements

• Minimum N6 + Trade Test (recognised institution)
• 5+ years experience in DMS & recovery circuits, with at least 3 at senior level
• Proven leadership in diamond plant operations
• Deep understanding of MHSA, plant safety, tooling, and compliance
• Bonus: Government ticket or ECSA registration
