The Maintenance Technician I performs routine maintenance and repair activities to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This role helps ensure the proper functioning of facility infrastructure and manufacturing equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. The technician may assist in training new employees and provide operational support to the maintenance team as needed.
The Maintenance Floater will support the day-to-day maintenance of plant equipment, utilities, and facilities to ensure consistent operational performance. The Maintenance Floater will cover all PTO on day and night shifts.
Responsibilities include conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as supporting instrumentation and control devices.
