As a Fitter, you will be responsible for the preventative maintenance of our customer’s state-of-the-art board machine. Your extensive mechanical knowledge and experience will be crucial in carrying out mechanical fault finding, repairs, and replacements as needed.
You will be required to work a continuous shift roster pattern consisting of two days, two nights, followed by four days off.
Perform preventative maintenance on advanced machinery.
Conduct mechanical fault finding and repair/replace parts as required.
Maintain accurate written and computer-based records.
Ensure all tasks are completed with a strong focus on health and safety.
Experience in a similar role.
Excellent fault-finding ability
Experience in heavy industry
Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) or similar
Flexibility and a team player attitude.
Ability to respond to changing work requirements and peak periods.
