Responsible for the facilities maintenance, performs a full range of custodial duties related to the care, maintenance, and cleanliness of assigned buildings. Ensure safety of Center’s facilities as required.
High school diploma/GED preferred
Demonstrates ability to use various tools to perform duties, to include operating a buffing machine
Scheduled hours and/or work locations are subject to change
Ability to drive a vehicle if needed
Finger Dexterity: Using fingers to make small movements such as spraying or picking up small objects.
Talking: Frequently conveying detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, clearly, or quickly.
Hearing: Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information; hear whispered voice at five (5) feet.
Repetitive Motions: Frequently and regularly using the wrists, hands, and fingers.
Visual: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or other materials.
Physical: Walking, standing for extended periods of time. Climbing stairs/ladders; crouching or crawling during custodial maintenance activities. May have to lift, pull, push heavy equipment, and other such items weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.
