This role drives safe, compliant, and reliable plant operations through best-in-class maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution. Leveraging CMMS technology, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement practices, the Maintenance Excellence Leader ensures work is well-defined, properly resourced, and executed on time. The position plays a key role in strengthening preventive and predictive maintenance culture, and aligning maintenance activities with operational priorities and BU performance goals.
