まずは配属先にてOJT
先輩技術者と一緒に作業を行いながら
風力発電の基礎構造や作業方法、安全管理について学びます。

◎定期的な点検業務および保守作業
◎トラブル発生時の対応
◎作業で必要な材料、部品、工具の選定および準備
◎作業前ミーティングへの参加
◎作業内容や顧客との打ち合わせ内容のレポート作成
◎顧客対応
◎工具や部品の点検と管理
◎安全管理など
