Job Description

  • Execution of Maintenance Protocols: Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, tools, and facility utilities to ensure minimal downtime and adherence to LEONI standards.

  • Systems & Utility Support: Assists in the routine inspection and upkeep of critical plant infrastructure, including electricity, compressed air, HVAC systems, and firefighting/security equipment.

  • LTPM Implementation: Contributes to the rollout and daily sustenance of Lean Total Productive Maintenance (LTPM) activities, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient technical environment.

  • Equipment Installation & Calibration: Supports the installation, movement, and technical re-qualification of machinery and tools during plant updates or production shifts.

  • Performance Monitoring: Collects and analyzes machine performance data to help the Team Leader identify technical bottlenecks and areas for process improvement.

  • Governance & Safety Compliance: Strictly adheres to internal maintenance governance, safety regulations, and environmental standards during all technical interventions.

  • Technical Documentation & Reporting: Maintains accurate logs of all maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history to ensure data integrity for KPI tracking.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power/Mechatronics). Fresh graduates (0-1 year).

  • Experience: Minimum of one industrial internship or structured technical training.

  • Technical: Solid grasp of PLC, motor controls, and electrical circuits. Graduation projects in automation/maintenance are a plus.

  • Languages: Fluent English (written/spoken) for technical manuals and global reporting.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and team collaboration.

  • Digital: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic AutoCAD.
