Northwood Hospitality LLC d/b/a Cheeca Lodge & Spa (Islamorada, FL). 4 openings. Temporary, F/T job from 10/1/2026 – 07/31/2027 Work to be performed at multiple properties in Monroe County, FL. Min. 35 hrs/week. Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 7:00am to 3:00pm, 2:00pm to 10:00pm, 11:00am to 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
Duties: Responsible for responding and attending to guest requests, communicating with guests to resolve maintenance issues, perform daily checks and preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, and troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment including plumbing and electrical equipment.
Requirements: Two (2) years of maintenance experience required. High-end hotel, resort, or private club experience preferred. On-the-job training is provided. Applicants must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check.
