The Maintenance department has a vacancy in its Delft offices, for the following position:

Maintenance Engineer E&I

The Position

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the maintenance engineer defines the maintenance plans for electrical installations in accordance with the Centrient Delft operational year plan in order to maintain the integrity and continuity of the electrical installations within the Centrient Delft production areas. With projects, the E&I scope is covered by the Maintenance Engineer E&I.

The main activities and responsibilities

• Installation responsible person without a budget, for his/her discipline (maintain equipment integrity)
• Responsible for the E/I maintenance strategy
• Define and implement maintenance plans including required spare parts, in co-operation with the maintenance management team members and in line with the yearly available budget;
• Analyze and evaluate maintenance work, equipment related production downtime, quality- and safety performance, to implement improvement actions;
• Examine failures (including trends and historical data) and provide solutions;
• Support the maintenance field planner and supervisor in detailing and specifying requests for maintenance from the production department into a technical work plan for executing the maintenance work efficiently and safely;
• Advise the maintenance technicians in executing the maintenance work.
• Comply to the company, SHE&Q and security regulations; signal unsafe situations, (near) incidents, environmental, quality and security risks; address others to comply with the regulations to prevent unsafe behavior.

The Ideal Candidate

• You have a bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, are in possession of VCA** and full training in RCA and FMECA methods.
• Electrical, instrumentation & rotating equipment with regard to ATEX.
• NEN-EN 50110-1 / NEN 3140/3840.
• Safety, Health and Environment.
• cGMP, ATEX.
• Project Management/Project work.
• Government requirements and permits.
• Relevant processes.
