The Opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer.

The role is to support our client develop its maintenance process for the NZT/NEP sites on Teesside. It will be from agreement until at least the end of the year. However, its thought that there may be a chance to continue during the 30 month build and testing phase.

The client is looking for individuals who, with support, will become familiar with existing px systems and procedures and use these as a basis for delivering on the key responsibilities below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Design Model Reviews and Issue Recommendation
  • Participate in the Identification and Mitigation of the Operational Risks
  • Perform Equipment Criticality Report
  • Develop Generic Equipment Strategies
  • Develop Specific Equipment Strategies
  • Prepare the Maintenance Plan
  • Review the Inspection Plan
  • Develop the Condition Based Monitoring Strategy
  • Collect the Vibration Analysis Data & prepare the Schedule Prepare the Lubrication Plan from VENDOR lubrication schedules
  • Prepare the Lifting Plan Inspection from EPC lifting study
  • Prepare Hose Register with Inspection / Replacement Plan
  • Prepare the Planned Maintenance Procedures
  • Prepare the Basic Care Procedures
  • Prepare the Tools List for Operation and Maintenance
  • Prepare the Consumables List for Operation and Maintenance
  • Review and Recommend Spare Part Interchangeability lists
  • Vendor Documents Review.
  • Support the ORP Process.
