Your role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support the plant maintenance team. The role will contribute to spare-parts management and analysis, failure analysis, implementation of maintenance policies defined by the central maintenance team, standardization projects, and the use of CMMS systems. The role will also support the sharing of standards with the production value chain and international regions.

Main responsibilities:

  • SPARE PARTS: review and monitor warehouse spare-parts stock in support of the production value chain.
  • MACHINE PERFORMANCE: manage and analyze failures, support improvement plans, and develop maintenance policies.
  • STANDARDIZATION PROJECTS: verify compliance with and application of maintenance standards, develop cost-containment strategies, and perform make-or-buy analyses.
  • STANDARDS AND BEST-PRACTICE SHARING: work with the production value chain and international regions to share production and maintenance standards.
  • SPECIAL PROJECTS: develop Maintenance 2.0 programs and initiatives, machine-improvement programs, and quality-oriented maintenance programs.

Main requirements:

  • Degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and data management.
  • Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems is preferred.
  • Fluent Italian and English
