Job Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Daily Operations

  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans to minimize failure rates and ensure normal equipment operation; repair production equipment and maintain management system data; compile and organize equipment spare parts information;guide and supervise operators and maintenance technicians in performing daily and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide training to enhance the maintenance and repair skills of maintenance technicians; review equipment maintenance guidelines semi-annually and revise them as necessary
  1. Departmental Policies and Procedures
  • To ensure the effective execution and implementation of relevant company policies and procedures, assist in formulating safety-related policies and regulations, and take responsibility for organizing and implementing the various policies, systems, and plans established by the company and the department.

3.Project Improvement

  • To reduce equipment operating costs and enhance operational efficiency, establish equipment operation records and parameters, propose equipment improvements, and participate in equipment Kaizen improvement projects under superior guidance
  • Able to implement strategy for spare-parts manaement, and vendor management, using MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and downtime to evaluate performance.
  1. EHS
  • To ensure the safe operation of equipment, participate in regular risk assessments and implement improvements to safety guarding and protective measures in accordance with EHS requirements.
  • Strictly adhere to LOTO procedures, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with all EHS management policies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors or higher, majoring in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering;
  • At least three years of experience in maintaining production equipment in a large-scale factory;
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical control principles of equipment, with extensive experience in maintaining wire manufacturing equipment;
  • Able to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams; familiar with PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, variable-frequency drives, sensors,

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
