Job Description

About this Position The role is responsible for ensuring maintenance excellence by optimizing maintenance planning, equipment reliability, spare parts availability, technician capability, and maintenance costs while driving continuous improvement and supporting key plant initiatives.

What you´ll do

  • Review Maintenance Daily Schedule to ensure operating strategy adherence.
  • Work closely with storeroom keepers to identify critical spare parts, replenish and maintain stocks.
  • Lead and coach Breakdown elimination process for machine failures.
  • Develop annual, monthly and weekly Maintenance Calendar according to the right standard and resources.
  • Coach on the job of the Maintenance technicians Attend to PM pillar meeting and be owner at Plant Level of one of PM DMSs (TBM).
  • Review the Daily M&R cost and identify actions on a weekly basis plan to reduce M&R.
  • Support the implementation of SAP MMA Review the Daily M&R cost and identify actions on a weekly basis plan to reduce M&R.

What makes you a good fit

  • Engineering bachelor's degree: Mechanical Power or Mechatronics.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read complex technical schematics, P&IDs, and manuals.
  • Strong root-cause & problem-solving skills, and familiarity with computerized maintenance softwares.
  • Excellent Communication skills with ability to lead and influence technicians.
