Job Description


What you´ll do

  • Maintain the factory equipment account, conduct calibration of measuring instruments, and update the annual PM plan.
  • Conduct data analysis and on-site inspections to identify root causes (such as program logic errors or equipment aging), and formulate improvement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Track new technologies in the chemical equipment field (e.g., PI system, intelligent operation and maintenance, energy-saving equipment), and propose equipment upgrading or improvement suggestions to reduce energy consumption and operation/maintenance costs.
  • Complete the installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment, including progress tracking, resource coordination, and compilation of WI (Work Instruction) documents.
  • Conduct renovation evaluations to assess the feasibility of equipment upgrades and implement the approved plans.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Machinery, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, or other related majors.
  • At least 3 years of experience in equipment management/maintenance in chemical plants. Candidates with experience in AGV system operation and maintenance, high-voltage equipment management, or VOC treatment systems are preferred.
  • AGV Scheduling System: Familiar with AGV scheduling, traffic control, automatic charging functions and interface management; master mainstream AGV navigation principles. Possess the ability to evaluate the rationality of movement routes, understand the interaction logic between AGV and WMS/MES systems, and be able to independently formulate PM plans.
  • Design and Drawing Review: Proficient in AutoCAD drawing and SolidWorks modeling; capable of independently completing the review of chemical equipment drawings. Skilled in judging drawing standardization, interference issues, dimension chains, and the feasibility of manufacturing processes.
  • Have problem analysis and solving abilities; able to respond quickly to equipment failures and coordinate internal and external resources for handling.
  • Utility Engineering: Master the load calculation methods of HVAC systems and VOC treatment systems; familiar with the working principles and operation/maintenance key points of compressed air systems; understand chemical environmental protection regulations (such as VOC emissions, solid waste disposal).
  • Possess strong safety awareness; familiar with the "Basic Norms for Work Safety Standardization of Chemical Enterprises" (AQ/T 3013) and the safe operation procedures for chemical plant equipment.
