Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance — Develop, implement, and optimize maintenance plans.
Equipment Performance Analysis — Analyze downtime and performance data to improve reliability.
Corrective Maintenance Coordination — Coordinate repairs and support fast issue resolution.
Spare Parts Management — Ensure accurate inventory and efficient resource use.
Maintenance KPI Monitoring — Track and improve KPIs (Availability, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance).
TPM Support — Support Total Productive Maintenance activities.
Root Cause Analysis — Lead 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa investigations.
Continuous Improvement — Implement projects to increase OEE and reduce downtime/costs.
Technical Expertise — Provide support for production equipment and processes.
Equipment Installation & Commissioning — Support installation, commissioning, transfers, and industrialization.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Work with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS teams.
Process Optimization — Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.
Maintenance Investment Projects — Manage CAPEX projects, prepare technical specs, and coordinate suppliers.
If you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or an equivalent discipline
Automotive industry experience is preferred
At least 3 years of experience in automation or machine building within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector, with solid expertise in Siemens PLC technologies, TPM, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
Fluent in French & English (verbal and written)
