Ensure maximum asset reliability by implementing and managing RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) strategies, leading failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance, reduce costs, and ensure business continuity.
Main Responsibilities:
Attend the Shift Kickoff Meeting (Top 5 Meeting)
Comply with the Internal Work Regulations, the 7 Mandatory Safety Rules, the 13 Logistics Safety Rules, and all established policies
Ensure asset reliability through comprehensive management of the preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PPM) systems, as well as control of the department’s operating costs
Optimize maintenance costs through the analysis and control of: CAPEX/OPEX budgets, ROI analysis, failure cost assessments, and downtime costs
Ensure the efficient implementation and evaluation of Level 1 and Level 2 TPM
Ensure the classification of assets through risk analysis (Jack Knife Methodology)
Ensure the proper management of the MRO warehouse (inventory levels and reliability, spare parts approval, etc.) and maintain standardization within it
Reliable planning of maintenance activities (through the analysis of failure data, costs, risks, etc.)
Design optimal maintenance plans, including: Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PMp), and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and manage their implementation.
Manage key performance indicators for the maintenance system, including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, preventive maintenance (PM) compliance, failure frequency, maintenance costs, inventory accuracy, and spare parts turnover (spare turns)
Oversee weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance compliance for operational assets and facilities to ensure business continuity
Lead, coordinate, and develop the team of technicians, engineers, and supervisors, using tools such as coaching, advanced troubleshooting, and a skills and versatility matrix
Coordinate with production and engineering departments to implement new projects
Participate in daily meetings, escalation meetings, war room meetings, indicator reviews, etc.
Respect and comply with the Faurecia Excellence System standards in your daily work
Maintain the 5Ss in the work area
Attend training sessions designated by the company and apply the knowledge gained
Comply with the code of ethics and report any violations of its provisions
