In detail, you will:
Conduct and drive OEE equipment and process concern under responsible and continuously develop and improvement activity (A, P, Q) to achieve target
Identify problem for improve machine in process
Analysis Breakdown root cause for reduce breakdown
Regular reporting to Maintenance Manager and Management on progress
Perform all other duties as assigned
Preparing necessaries spare part for each line
Assign jobs to technician team
Follow up jobs from technician
Other special assignment
Qualifications:
Bachelor ’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience in preventive machine experience from the household appliance or similar manufacturing industry
Experience in PLC Siemens, PLC Mitsubishi
Refrigerator manufacturing knowledge
Knowledge of machine basis of mechanism/electrical part prevention and repair
Knowledge of Pneumatic machine for Refrigerator product will be advantage
Manufacturing problem analysis & improvement skills
2D (AutoCAD) design skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Safety consciousness
Good interpersonal skill and service minded
Good command of English
Able to work in a night shift
Where you'll be:
You will be based in our Rayong factory and report to Maintenance Head.
