  • Lead fault finding activities to improve plant reliability
  • Maintain accurate asset data and optimise maintenance within CMMS
  • Drive continuous improvement across maintenance processes and systems

Who are we looking for?

You are a practical, hands-on engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working across multiple sites.

You will bring:

  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
  • Eligibility for registration with Engineers Australia’s National Engineering Register (NER) and as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ)
  • Existing NER and/or RPEQ registration will be highly regarded
  • 3–5 years’ experience in plant maintenance within industrial or processing environments
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting plant and equipment
  • Experience using CMMS (e.g. MEX, SAP)
  • Knowledge of plant compliance and statutory requirements
  • Experience in fault finding, condition monitoring, and root cause analysis
  • Solid understanding of maintenance and asset management principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power BI experience desirable)
