Responsible to define and realize equipment standards (Process and Manufactures) that must be aligned to company standards defined according approved with KPI / metrics.
• OEE, RTY daily/weekly/monthly monitoring, reporting and propose actions to improve
• Improve line efficiency (pph, CT)
• Responsible for the first training to the production for the introduction of new product or process technology
• Lead of RPS by deep technical analyse and proposal to solve
• Partner with ME leaders for trouble shooting analysis for critical equipementand FMEA review
• Responsible for putting in place and check the documentation of processes and controls.
• Hand over for new equipement or specific operating supplies/tools/ spare
• CAR process realisation + weekly review
• Production cost reduction via A3/KE/6sigma
To support:
• Actively contribute for the layout design and material flow for one or several production cells.
• Product Design review to assure standardization across similar product and process
• Partner of the core process ME to implement the lean principles and use Six Sigma tools in the cells such like; one piece flow, takt time, line balancing, standard work etc. on a team approach with the supervisor and shop floor personnel.
• To define and execute process standardization as defined by AME
• Achieve production KPI to deliver product to customer
• Support of improvements of machines and take care of its
• Coordination of corrective maintenance following timing and procedure
• Partner with MNT leaders for trouble shooting analysis for critical equipement
• Cost guarding (consumable parts, OPEX, CAPEX...)
• Maintain and improve process controls for Quality and productivity, Poka Yoke design and implementation.
• Perform Key equipment calibration
• To maintain process capability and equipment gage R&R in conjunction with Process QA.
• Define usage of specific operating supplies/tools/ spares for budget administration
To be support on people management and development:
• Training and development of the Process technicians and the operators
• Training and development of the Process/Maintenance engeneers
• Daily safety audit, Check and update findings from audits, safety control
• Participate in safety incidents investigation, observes work rules, be predictive
• Occupational risk assesment, Ergonomy evaluation
• Colleague or University with technical background
• In production plant in similar position for 2years
• knowledge of machining CNC equipment and assembly of products, PLC / PC programming (preferred)
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning & tolerance and other drawing conventions
• Good knowledge in root cause analysis and problem solving
• Excellent knowledge of product (e.g. turbo), it’s manufacturing processes and its application.
• Basic knowledge of FMEA
