Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for field equipment maintenance: including joining in emergency failure repair
• Continuously improve the reliability and stability of equipment to ensure that production requirements are met

• Analyze equipment downtime, MTBF, MTTR and cost statistics
• Update maintenance plans and procedures based on equipment criticality, downtime, production tasks, etc
• Equipment PLC program diagnosis, regular backup
• Continuous improvement of existing equipment
• Identify key spare parts of the equipment and take corresponding measures in advance

Requirements:
• College or bachelor’s degree in mechatronics
• Ability to read electrical drawings and understand manufacturing processes
• PLC programming, modification and backup ability
• At least 5 years experience in machining equipment maintenance or commissioning
• Familiar with SIEMENS, FANUC, Mitsubishi CNC system
• Basic English skills
