处理生产设备紧急故障维修需求，使用PLC进行故障诊断，并提出相应长期设备故障预防措施。
制定并完善生产设备的预防性维护制度文件，编写技术规范和检查记录表；组织实施预防性维护，定期检查各类设备或系统运行状态。
监控并分析设备数据并发现潜在问题；持续优化改造生产设施设备，运用新技术、新工艺、新设备提升设备的稳定性，与全球GE对接。
对新设备或发生重大故障维修后的设备进行性能验证以满足GMP设备管理规范要求，并完善记录验证档案。负责生产设备相关变更， 偏差， CAPA， 自检，验证等GMP工作。
组织工务部与生产部的定期沟通会，交流设备维护保养及运行状态信息；提出相应改进或预防措施，并实施培训。
负责设备的备品备件的需求管理、库存管理。
监督完成计测设备的定期校验。
完成指定的固定资产投资项目。
设备维护相关工作中执行EHS政策和流程，确保设备维护活动符合EHS规范要求。
根据生产计划，参与并执行倒班运行维护工作。
