Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for monitoring the implementation of periodic maintenance and therapeutic plans and participating in the provision of improvement and development solutions in the department and working to reduce repair time and increase the availability to raise the total efficiency of equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
  • Work on regular inspections of machines and systems to identify potential problems.
  • Work to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems in equipment.
  • Participate in the work of maintenance programs for new equipment to raise its overall efficiency.
  • Analyze checklists and prepares a follow-up report on the effectiveness of corrective action to improve the overall efficiency of machines.
  • Participate in the analysis of management data to access the root causes of breakdowns and make appropriate improvements to machines.
  • Participate in the installation of new equipment with the manufacturer to save time and gain experience.
  • Participate in the preparation of the technical status report of machinery with a view to confirming and making available its general authority.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical production and Mechanical power Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a maintenance Engineer.
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
  • Good communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work with equipment.
