私たちは生産設備に直接関わる設備保全とオペレーターの最初の立ち上げメンバーをお迎えしたばかり。まだまだ立ち上げ期ですので、共に意見を出し合いながら、まずは稼働という目標に向けて、これまでの経験を活かし活躍してほしいと思っています。
＜入社後は＞
最初の2ヵ月間で安全教育や品質管理、化粧品製造の基礎知識などを身につけ、これまでのご経験やご自身の強みも活かしながら、仲間とアイデアを出し合い、生産稼働に向けて設備の立ち上げを行っていただく予定です。
安定稼働後も、継続的な改善活動を現場主体で行っていく原動力となっていただきたいと思っています。
