The CCL Lumberton New Jersey facility is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for our 1st shift.
First shift hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm

CCL is the world’s largest converter of pressure sensitive and extruded film materials for decorative, functional and information labels. The business is CCL’s biggest reportable segment and represents 67% of total sales. Customers include major global corporations in the consumer packaging, healthcare and consumer durable segments. CCL Label produces a wide range of specialty label products, including expanded content, WashOff™, RFID, specialty electronics (CCL Design / Worldmark), promotional games and long life pressure sensitive films to protect or replace paint. It also produces highly-decorated extruded plastic tubes for premium brands in the personal care, cosmetic and healthcare markets.
Hourly range is $29.00 - $35.00/hour, depending on experience
Qualifications
The maintenance technician will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing department.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting / problem solving activities and repair to maximize efficiencies and limit downtime
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining plant support equipment Air compressors, Chillers etc.
Will also assist on installation of new equipment and modification of existing.
Technical skills required
Electrical background
Familiar with Servo Drives, VFD’s, PLC’s and computer controlled equipment.
Troubleshooting utilizing applicable instrumentation.
Must have mechanical aptitude.
Level of Educational background preferred
3+ years of maintenance manufacturing experience. Prefer experience from one of these industries: Food, printing, packaging or automotive
Technical School Certificate or equivalent work experience.
Able to read blueprints and schematics
Some overtime might be required.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and comfortable using ladders, scissor lift, etc
