Position: Maintenance Electrician - Weekend Nights
Location: Plant 4 – Carlisle, PA
Shift: Weekend Nights | Friday night (11p - 7:30a), Saturday & Sunday night (7p - 7:30a)
Pay: $38.20/hr + Shift Differential
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Plant 4 in Carlisle, PA. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment on the weekend shift.
What You’ll Do:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and machinery
Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motors, drives, and other electrical components
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Work closely with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards
What You Bring:
Experience as an industrial electrician or maintenance technician
Knowledge of electrical systems, PLC programming, and troubleshooting
Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as needed
