Start your future with a new mission, Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, located in Salt Lake City, UT has an immediate need for a Maintenance Electrician 3.
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to repair, construct, install, troubleshoot, and maintain routine electrical systems and equipment. Cuts, threads, bends, couples, and straps conduit. Cut wire and conduit to length. Install, repair, or replace switch boxes, light bulbs, plugs, sockets, light fuses, and extension cords. Disassemble motors, generators, and other equipment in preparation for repair. Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, inspects circuits and wiring for shielding and grounding, and test electrical equipment for safety and efficiency. Use blueprints, drawings, layout, or other specifications, and electrical hand tools and voltage-or-amperage measuring and recording devices. Working and performing jobs on ladder. Confined space work. Use of respirator and ability to pass respirator fit and fitness medical test. Initial safety and job-related training w/annual recertification's. Additional duties will include supporting maintenance team with equipment moves, snow removal, event setups and other miscellaneous building maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will also be able to relay and receive information.

Primary Level Salary Range: $57,500.00 - $95,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
