Working Hours
Normal hours of work are 42 hours per week, 24/7 shift pattern, Monday to Sunday inclusive. The postholder is required to work such hours as are necessary in order to satisfactorily perform the role.
The current shift pattern is 12-hour shifts days/nights over a 4-week rotation. Average working hours per week are 42.
Main Purpose of Job
To effectively carry out the installation, maintenance, testing and repair of all equipment used within the manufacturing industry. To support the operations team to achieve their target and to maintain health & safety standards. To meet legislative requirements, meet company standards/Policy while ensuring optimum plant performance.
