Covina Court Senior Living is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep, safety, and overall condition of our community. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and team.

SHIFT: OPEN Sunday - Thursday

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure the building, grounds, equipment, and systems are safe and properly maintained.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, inspections, and repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to maintenance concerns and emergencies.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and maintenance budgets.
• Lead and support maintenance staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or facilities management experience required.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Healthcare, or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies when needed.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
