In this global role, you will lead the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of digital maintenance solutions across Etex manufacturing sites worldwide. Acting as the bridge between Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, IT and external partners, you will ensure that digital tools enhance maintenance processes, improve user adoption, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global rollout of maintenance digital solutions across Etex manufacturing sites.
  • Coordinate implementation activities between factories, maintenance teams, IT, business stakeholders and external solution providers.
  • Ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, budget and business expectations.
  • Drive user adoption through effective communication, training and change management initiatives.
  • Support testing, site readiness, go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Act as the business focal point for maintenance digital solutions during both deployment and business-as-usual phases.
  • Promote standard maintenance processes and best practices across the manufacturing network.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into practical digital solutions.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of tools such as SAP PM, eMaint, SAP Fiori Maintenance Apps, Predictive Maintenance solutions and future maintenance technologies.
  • Build strong relationships with Maintenance Managers, Plant Managers, Engineering teams, Business Process Owners and IT teams worldwide.
  • Monitor solution performance, collect user feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability, Asset Management, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Operations.
  • Proven project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes and maintenance management best practices.
  • Experience leading digital transformation, system implementation or multi-site deployment projects.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions, locations and cultures.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Curiosity for technology and innovation combined with a practical business-oriented approach.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
  • Experience with CMMS/EAM solutions such as eMaint, IBM Maximo, Infor EAM or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and maintenance digitalization initiatives.
  • Experience in manufacturing, building materials, industrial, process, or asset-intensive environments.
  • Experience working in international or global project environments.
