Within the framework of the maintenance operations planning and in respect of safety and quality guidelines, maintain our equipments and do technical interventions in the production process in order to guarantee reliable operations

您将如何贡献和成长？

• Responsible for the life cycle management of equipment and other fixed assets; in compliance with Air Liquide IMS management requirements.
• Create annual management policies and strategies, investment plans and expense budgets, and KPIs.
• Develop annual maintenance plans and goals.
• Ensure that the national mandatory periodic inspection of pressure vessels in service, cranes and other special equipment is within the validity period, and be responsible for the declaration, registration, and obtaining of use certificates for periodic re-inspection of relevant equipment.
• Establish a basic file management system for equipment and facilities.
• Track cost efficiency and optimize resources to achieve equipment reliability, cost savings and related safety.
• Manage daily activities of equipment maintenance subcontractors to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with the HSE department to carry out daily work, provide guidance on safety behaviors involved in daily production and establish JHA, RCA, EIS, etc..
• Provide professional training and guidance to team members and formulate personal development plans.

Bachelor degree (and/or master) in mechanics or industrial maintenance 5-7 years of experience
