POSITION:

• Maintenance Custodial Grounds

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successful completion of BCI & FBI background checks
• Negative pre-employment drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning and landscaping equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
• Successful completion of a technical skills test related to essential job functions.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and the administration.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to use most common hand tools.
• Willing and able to carry out the duties of the Job Description.
