What You’ll Do:
Lead and train a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties.
Handle daily landscape maintenance tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding etc.
Ensure quality maintenance work is delivered in a safe and productive manner.
Work with Account/Property Managers to keep jobs on schedule
Drive company truck/trailer; complete simple daily reports.
Keep equipment clean organized, ready for the day.
Experience working on large commercial properties is preferred.
3+ years of landscape maintenance or crew-lead experience.
Ability to operate a variety of landscaping equipment efficiently ( ie: zero-turn mower, push mower, edger, weed eater)
Knowledge plants, proper pruning, and commercial maintenance techniques
Strong communicator and hands-on leader who motivates the crew
Ability to solve problems, stay efficient, and maintain safety standards
Ability to work outdoors year-round in a variety of weather conditions
Able to lift and move 50+ lbs or more safely.
