Join a hands on team where your trade skills directly improve daily life for older Australians.
Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) is a family owned and operated aged care provider, operating since 1995. We're built on relationships and family values, and we believe the look, feel and comfort of our homes matter just as much as the care within them. Our Maintenance Team makes that possible.
We’re looking for a hands on, proactive Maintenance and General Trades Person to join our team across our residential aged care homes, located in Melbourne’s southeast and Bayside suburbs.
Our homes are warm, welcoming communities where residents, families and staff are at the heart of everything we do. Each home has its own close knit team and a strong culture of care, set within well established suburban neighbourhoods in Melbourne’s southeast.
Across both homes, you’ll spend most of your time on room refurbishments, painting and general repairs, helping keep our environments bright, safe and welcoming for residents, families and staff. You’ll occasionally be called on to support our other homes when needed, with a travel allowance provided.
You’ll work alongside our Home Managers and a supportive maintenance and operations team. It’s a genuinely varied role where no two days look the same, and there’s always meaningful work to get stuck into.
