  • Maintain visible field presence to support troubleshooting, procedural discipline, maintenance quality, and safe work execution
  • Monitor maintenance backlog, defect management, and maintenance performance to support asset reliability and operational readiness
  • Support transition of maintenance systems, processes, and responsibilities into the long-term operating model as site operations mature
  • Support setup and lead administration of CMMS structures, asset records, maintenance workflows, reporting routines, and work management processes
  • Coordinate preventive, corrective, and emergent maintenance activities, including work prioritization, scheduling, and execution readiness
  • Support development of maintenance procedures, work instructions, planning tools, and maintenance execution standards
  • Coordinate permits, isolations, materials, contractor readiness, and worksite execution requirements for maintenance activities
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting, repair support, and defect resolution across plant systems where required
  • Coordinate contractor mobilization, supervision, worksite execution, and maintenance quality oversight
  • Support startup, commissioning punch list close-out, maintenance readiness, and transition into steady-state operations
  • Support workforce training, procedural implementation, and practical knowledge transfer during startup and early operations
