What you will be doing

Summary:

Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. Assesses

equipment for overall functionality. improve workforce productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating

potential delays by planning and coordinating labor, parts and materials, and equipment access. Assesses

equipment and work order back log to plan work assignments and project schedules. Develops maintenance

procedures and schedules.

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for evaluating equipment, planning, coordinating, and scheduling

maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. This position works closely with

Maintenance and Reliability to ensure work is properly planned, resourced, prioritized, and completed.

What will make you successful?

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 8+ years of related experience in an industrial maintenance, mechanical
  • technology, engineering technology or related field.
  • 2+ years in maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability or maintenance
  • coordination experience
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office products is required.

Preferred:

Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems

(CMMS).

  • Strong practical equipment knowledge combined with maintenance planning and

reliability expertise.

  • Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and controls

systems in a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to assess equipment condition and functionality, maintenance planning

and scheduling

Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems

(CMMS).
