MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Location: TETLA, TLAXCALA

What are your main tasks?

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for: - GERBER, ATRIA, and PARAGON cutting machines - Dürkopp, Juki, and Pfaff sewing machines - Forming and cutting presses • Execution and updating of preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Implementation of TPM methodology
• Ensure the availability of machines, equipment, and peripherals
• Management of plant utilities: power, water, and gas
• Tracking of spare parts and consumables, inventory levels (min/max), and tool crib management • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and internal standards

What are your qualifications?


Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Over 5 years of experience in maintenance for production processes involving cutting, sewing, assembly, and presses
• Technical knowledge of maintenance for cutting machines (GERBER, ATRIA, PARAGON), sewing machines (Durkopp, Juki, Pfaff), and forming and cutting presses
• Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and schematics
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
