Koordinácia údržby a rýchle riešenie porúch
Podpora a rozvoj operátorov na pracovisku
Spolupráca s údržbou pri plánovaní a odstraňovaní odchýlok
Školenie operátorov v CILT, abnormalitách a BDA
Analýza porúch a návrh trvalých technických riešení
Tvorba a aktualizácia údržbárskych štandardov a dokumentácie
Identifikácia strát a návrh zlepšení procesov
Príprava dát pre týždenné, mesačné a kvartálne meetingy

Základná mzda junior od 1300 EUR/mesiac brutto, senior od 1600 EUR/mesiac brutto
Priemerna mesačná mzda junior od 1495 EUR/mesiac brutto, senior od 1840 EUR
Variabilná zložka mzdy (štandard 15%)
1 základný plat v roku navyše (13.plat)
